Below is an FAQ, if you don't see what you need please email

A: 1-week prior to the event, all registered attendees will be sent an email to a web page that will allow them to access the sessions on the day of the event. This web page will have a list of all of the sessions with their times, and a link to join the session on Zoom.

A: Sessions will start broadcasting approximately 5-minutes before the session start time. If you join before this point, you will receive a message saying that the webinar has not started yet. As soon as it starts, you will join the session automatically.

A: Yes! Each registered attendee can watch different sessions, as long as they are on a different computer. Please do not share the session access with anyone who is not a registered paid attendee of the event.

A: For the best experience, download and install Zoom before event-day. If you already have Zoom installed, make sure you have updated to the most current version (Zoom will automatically prompt you to do this when you open the app, if you are not using the most up to date version currently). If you do not have Zoom installed, you can still watch the session by choosing the option to watch the session in your browser.

A: You do not. When you click the Zoom webinar link, Zoom will ask you to enter your name and email address. This does not need to be the same one you registered with.

A: Nope! Our sessions are formatted as webinars, so you will be able to see and hear the speaker but no one will be able to see or hear you. To interact with the speaker and other attendees, use the Chat feature and be sure to chat to "all panelists and attendees." To ask questions, use the Q&A feature.

A: Yes! We encourage you to submit questions using the Q&A feature in Zoom. All of our speakers are live and will be answering questions at the end of their session.

A: Yes, all sessions will be recorded and available to view after the event with the exception of the session Understanding Treaty Rights From a Tulalip Perspective - this session will only be available live so if you want to see it, be sure to attend on the day of the event!

A: If a session has pre-event materials available, they can be found by clicking on the session in the Classes tab of the website here. Some of our speakers also have exhibit spaces with additional resources here.

A: Yes, CEU's are available through Washington State University for classes attended on February 6th only. Please download these forms for more information: Instructions for Clock Hours, Sound Waters Clock Hour Form, and Evaluation.
